Robert C. Booth - Chairman Bobby is a management and marketing expert and has been head of the AvGroup team since 1988. He is the Editor of AvNews Latin America & Caribbean, a monthly newsletter specializing in aviation in the region. He is very active and well respected in the airline industry and recently published his autobiography, Airline Pasionado.
	Guy R. Booth - President & CEO Guy has distinguished himself as one of the young leaders in the aviation/travel industry. He brings to his position years of experience working with international airlines and aviation related companies. Guy is considered an industry-source in regard to the operational intricacies of new technology and its application in the complex process of developing and marketing consumer loyalty programs.
	John H. Jackson - Chief Marketing Officer John is a seasoned aviation industry executive with more than 30 years of experience. He has held executive positions with Pan American World Airways, Capitol Airlines, Air Florida and Braniff International. His experience has included the responsibility for regional, divisional and company wide operations/ marketing with P & L accountability. John joined the AvGroup in 1993 as General Manager of AvReps, International (a subsidiary company) and was named Chief Marketing Officer for the parent company, AvGroup, Inc in 2001.
	Sandro Francini - Chief Operating Officer Sandro has an exceptional background, which includes 29 years experience in international business development in the airline and financial services industry. He has lived and worked in Kenya for 7 years and is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. He obtained his BA in Economics and Trade at "PRO DEO" University in Rome, Italy.
	Daniel Llewellyn-Jones - VP Business Development "Danny" joined the AvGroup in 2007 with 10 plus years experience in the broadcast, cable and satellite industry in Latin America. Danny brings to AvGroup clients a results oriented, focused approach to meeting the challenges of clients and colleagues alike. His expertise in sales and marketing communications coupled with his analytical, forecast planning, execution of sales strategies, business planning skills provide him with a solid base to target new business opportunities.
	Tatjana Baumtrog - Director Business Development Tatjana (Tati) joined AvGroup in March of 2008 as a Marketing Associate for Special Projects targeting business development for AvGroup. She assumed the duties of Director Business Development for AvGroup in August 2008. Tati hails from Bremen, Germany and is earning her Bachelors degree in International Tourism Management from the University of Applied Sciences, Bremen, Germany. Her first language is German and she also speaks and writes fluent English, Russian and Spanish.
	Barry L. Hough - Executive Editor Barry’s successful career within the travel industry spans over 30 years. He has specialized in creating and implementing sales and marketing solutions for destination, transportation and hospitality companies. Since 1995, he has provided business development services to the industry as a consultant to numerous clients in Latin America and the Caribbean. Prior to joining AvGroup he also provided Crisis Management and Emergency Response planning services to a number of Latin American and Caribbean airlines, bringing them into compliance with US law.
	Julio Ruiz - Senior Developer Julio graduated from "La Pontificia Universidad Catolica" in Peru as Industrial Engineer. Julio has worked in systems technology since 1984, he was employed by Faucett Airlines for 14 years, and was responsible for developing the airlines passenger reservation system. Julio also has extensive knowledge in the areas of Revenue Accounting. He worked for Banco de Credito del Peru, and additionally he worked and lead several consulting projects that soon after developed managing systems for airlines such as Avianca, Aces of Colombia and Aeromexico to mention a few. Presently, Julio dedicates his time in designing solutions that comply with today's requirements for Airline Revenue Accounting systems.
	Carmen Aliaga - General Manager - Lima Office Carmen has a background in finance and accounting having worked for the Peruvian Transportation Minister. Carmen also worked for several airlines in the Marketing, Finance, Revenue Accounting and other areas. Carmen has a master’s degree in finance from the University of Lima, Peru. Carmen has worked for AeroPeru, Faucett Airlines, and others.
	Manoel Oliveira - Finance Manager Prior to joining AvGroup, Manoel held key positions with Varig Brazilian Airlines including analysis of key sector performance, budget administration and revenue accounting analysis. He holds a BS in Business Administration and Foreign Trade from the Methodist University in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
